Musical Composition Demo Reel 2020

 

A collection of themes from video game work I’ve done this year. All are class projects, displaying a grasp of both composition and integration using Wwise and Unity.

For “Wwise Adventure Game,” I composed area music for six different locations, as well as a stinger for attaining the sword and enemy fight music for encounters with the Evil Plant and Evil Rock creatures. I then integrated these elements into the game using Wwise to mix audio levels and create proper looping and random selection of tracks for a varied game experience.

In “Cube,” meanwhile, I created a health-based music system that transitioned between pieces and created a dire atmosphere as the player takes damage. Additionally, I composed music for the player’s death and several stingers for hitting the right switches as a player progresses through the game.
