2020 Sound Design Demo Reel

A collection of my best sound design work from 2019 to the present.

I directed both “Tether” and “How to Make a Vlog [From Someone Who Tried],” leading not only the sound design work but also the visuals. For “Tether,” I wrote, recorded, and edited the film’s central poem, with the aid of Dr. Dave Sluberski and Dr. Sandra Boysen-Sluberki in recording and vocal coaching, respectively. I collected, edited, and mixed all sound effects and music tracks, and drew all of the keyframes and breakdowns while getting assistance with rotoscope photograpy, backgrounds and in-betweens for the animation.

“How to Make a Vlog,” meanwhile, was entirely self-produced in both visuals and audio, with the exception of the music tracks.

“Coal” and “SuperYou,” meanwhile, were freelance work for colleagues at RIT. For “Coal” I provided audio mixing and editing of the music track central to the story, while for “SuperYou” I was responsible for all audio collection, editing, and mixing.
